Becoming an Approved Vendor

To ensure a successful partnership, we have a few simple conditions for becoming an approved retailer:

  1. Minimum Order Requirement: Orders must include a minimum of 36 items. This ensures your store has a great selection and encourages customer engagement with the product line. 
  2. Payment Terms: New retailers are required to pay upfront for their first three orders. After completing three successful orders, retailers may request net-30 terms.
  3. Commitment to Product Display:
    Retailers must commit to a designated display area for DogFace Studio products to ensure the best customer experience. We will provide recommendations for optimal product placement and merchandising.
  4. Ongoing Minimum Purchase Commitment:
    To maintain an active status as a DogFace Studio retailer, partners must make at least two orders per year to ensure continued engagement with our product lines and to offer their customers fresh inventory. 
  5. Brand Representation:
    Approved retailers must accurately represent DogFace Studio’s brand by displaying all regular-price products together (they may not be mixed with other brands.) For orders of more than 144 units, we can work with you to produce custom signage or other marketing materials.
  6. Compliance with Store Policies:
    Retailers are expected to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the retail sale and marketing of apparel.
  7. Online Sales:
    Products may be represented on social media in your online store, or in your physical retail location for marketing purposes only. Sales of DogFace Studio products online are not permitted without permission. Prohibited "online sales" include, but are not limited to, e-commerce, Amazon, Etsy, Instagram, and Pinterest.
